Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 열 가압성형용과 캐드캠 가공용의 2종의 폴리에테르케톤케톤을 추가 축성을 한 후 색조에 미치는 영향을 비교해 보고자 한다. 대조군으로 아무처리를 하지 않은 시편, 실험군으로 표면에 실리카 코팅을 하기 위해 로카텍 처리 시편, 로카텍 처리 후 오펙 도포 시편, 로카텍 처리 후 레진 도포 시편, 로카텍 처리 후 오펙 도포 다음 레진 도포 시편으로 나누어 VITA Easyshade advance 4.0을 이용하여 CIE 색체계를 적용하여 L*, a*, b* 값을 측정한 후 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 일원배치분산분석으로 통계 분석하였다. 추가 축성에 따른 열 가압성형용과 캐드캠 가공용 폴리에테르케톤케톤의 색 안정성은 유의한 차이가 있었고, 추가 축성에 따른 L* 값과 b* 값은 대부분 증가하였으며, 로카텍 처리 후 레진을 바른 경우가 색 안정성은 가장 우수하였다. 임상에서 사용 시 허용 가능한 범위에 포함되는 레진을 바르는 단계까지 진행하는 것이 최상의 조합이라고 생각된다.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of two types of polyetherketoneketone, press type and milling type, on the color change after layering step. The specimens without any treatment as the control group, experimental groups were divided into rocatec treated specimens for the silica coating on the surface, the opaque coated specimens after rocatec treated, the resin coated specimens after rocatec treated, the opaque coated specimens after rocatec treated and then resin coated specimen. The CIE L*, a* and b* values was measured using VITA Easyshade advance 4.0 and analyzed by one way ANOVA. There was a significant difference in color stability between press type and milling type polyetherketoneketone due to layering step. The L* values and b* values were increased by layering step, and color stability was better when resin was applied after rocatec treatment. It is considered that it is the best combination to proceed to a step of applying a resin included in a clinically acceptable range.
